kitchenpickes.com is precise about its shipping policies. We request all customers to go through each point to understand our methods of shipment. Please be reminded that orders are arranged to despatch within 24 hours of purchase confirmation. kitchenpickes.com is closed on holidays and weekends, so orders received on these days will be processed on the following working day only.

For the convenience of customers, we have equipped two shipping methods,

Registered Shipping - Delivers within 5 days

DHL Shipping - Delivers within 3 days

DHL shipping has to be selected explicitly by the customer as our system automatically marks Registered shipping for all orders. Shipping charges for both methods vary. Kindly learn more about it on the check out page. Sometimes, extra charges are imposed at the time of import according to the state/country rule and that is different for each place. So, ensure to pay that and we will not be responsible if the customer is being refused to hand over his/her package due to non-payment of those extra charges.

We request customers to furnish an accurate address at the time of account creation as well as while purchasing to avoid mishap during shipment. kitchenpickes.com will not be responsible if the package is missed due to a wrong address provided by the customer.

Buyer is needed to be there at the address at the time of delivery OR arrange a trusted receiver to accept the package. Package undelivered will be kept at the parcel office for some days before sending back to our warehouse. In case one has missed obtaining the package, kindly collect the package from the office. If both of the cases never happened and the product is not delivered even after the expected date, the customer is demanded to inform the customer care department immediately. Our team will assist properly in case of that.

Another important matter to understand is that kitchenpickes.com may pause or stop the processes of delivery if any natural or man-made disasters are ongoing on the route or area. Heavy rain/floods, earthquake, social unrest, atomic explosion, and many more comes under the list of this case. Kindly understand and wait for a full amount refund by properly communicating.
